*** Lode, “Legs & Arms,” Geffen. Inara George--daughter of the late Little Feat leader Lowell George--is arresting, with a flowing, sturdy voice and earthy chronicles of family and friends. On this Gary Katz-produced debut, the Topanga quartet has a tougher edge than most of the neo-hippie-rock crowd. It’s California Rock: The Next Generation, but with the potential to make its own mark.
