Volunteers / Helping hands : City Needs Help With Annual Run

The Cypress Recreation and Park District is seeking help with the city’s annual 5K and 10K runs and 2-mile stroll. The events will take place July 27.
Volunteers will receive a Cypress 5K/10K Run T-shirt, said Ray Frankeny, a spokesman for the district. He anticipates that about 2,000 runners and walkers will participate.
