A man who disappeared on the day his parents thought they would see him graduate from college is back at their home. Brad Wagner told Williamson, W.Va., police officers he wanted to let his parents in Bristol, Va., know he was all right. Wagner, 21, received tuition and rent money from his parents for four years and told them he would graduate May 11 from Virginia Tech. When they arrived in Blacksburg for the graduation, he was gone and they learned he had not been enrolled since 1993. Wagner’s mother said he has not said much since returning.
