$200 Scholarship Honors Counselor

A $200 annual scholarship has been established at Rancho Santiago College in memory of Clarence A. Lee, a longtime instructor and counselor who died last year.
Lee was an educator for more than 33 years, the last 25 of them at Rancho Santiago.
