OptimumCare Corp.: The Laguna Niguel provider of health-care management services said net income for the second quarter rose to a record $254,721, or 5 cents a share, from $80,373, or 2 cents a share, for the 1995 second quarter. Revenue was up 87% to $2.8 million from $1.5 million. For the first six months, net income increased 24% to $264,255, or 5 cents a share, from $213,771, or 4 cents a share. Revenue for the period rose 67% to $5 million from $3 million.
