EMB Unit Adds Offices

COSTA MESA — EMB Corp.’s Electronic Mortgage Banc Ltd. is planning to open regional offices in Dallas and Atlanta, EMB announced Thursday.
EMB said it has entered into an agreement with Contex Inc. of Naples, Fla., which will provide a capital infusion of about $1 million for each regional office for start-up and other expenses. Additional terms were not disclosed. The offices will be part of a new Electronic Mortgage unit, EMB Mortgage South.
EMB is a mortgage banking holding company.
