Pump Prices Continue Slide: The per-gallon retail average, including all grades and taxes, was $129.82, down more than half a cent, according to the most recent two-week Lundberg Survey of 10,000 stations nationwide. The average peaked at just over $1.38 per gallon in May and has been falling since then, although more slowly of late because of higher oil prices, survey publisher Trilby Lundberg said. According to Friday’s survey, the averages for self-serve unleaded, including taxes, were $123.07 for regular, $133.21 for mid-grade and $141.47 for premium. At full-service pumps, they were $157.95, $166.77 and $173.62, respectively.
