City’s Streetscape Plan to Be Discussed
Business owners and residents will have a chance during a public meeting Tuesday night to view the Woodland Hills Streetscape Plan designed by the city of Los Angeles.
The plan includes commercial properties on both sides of Ventura Boulevard from near Valley Circle Boulevard to Corbin Avenue.
The discussion will deal with landscaping, lighting, street fixtures, infrastructure and intersection improvements.
The primary order of business at the meeting is to display and view plans that have already been established by a Streetscape committee. Suggestions for sites to be used for public parking and a community shuttle will be taken.
Tuesday’s meeting will take place from 5 to 7:30 p.m. at the Kaiser Permanente medical center, Auditorium A and B, 5601 De Soto Ave. The auditoriums are on the first floor of the hospital through Entrance 5.
