Apparent Drug Lab Discovered in Motel
Rooms were evacuated and two people were arrested when an apparent methamphetamine lab was discovered in an Arcadia Motel 6 bathroom Sunday.
A maid found chemical stains on the carpet and a “strange apparatus” in a room rented to Theresa Rosales, 27, of Azusa and Theodore Madina, 33, of Covina, said Lt. Ed Ostashay of the Arcadia Police Department.
A second employee called the police, who arrested Rosales and Madina on felony charges of manufacturing methamphetamine.
