Arts, Crafts Festival Planned Downtown

A downtown festival Sept. 21 and 22 will feature displays of fine arts and crafts and entertainment. The event, hosted by the city and West Coast Artists, will be held along three blocks of Main Street running north from Pacific Coast Highway, from 10 a.m. to dusk on both days.
