Former Rep. William Dannemeyer and activist Shirley Grindle will discuss two campaign finance measures on the November state ballot, Propositions 208 and 212.
Dannemeyer supports Proposition 212, while Grindle, author of several campaign spending rules at the county level, backs Proposition 208.
The meeting Thursday will begin at 7 p.m. at Orange City Hall, 300 E. Chapman Ave.
