Alpha Sells Its Sanderson Stock

SANTA ANA — Alpha Microsystems sold the 907,792 shares of Sanderson Electronics PLC that it received when it sold a subsidiary in Britain to Sanderson.
Alpha Microsystems said it plans to use proceeds of about $2.1 million from the sale to support and enhance its core businesses. The Santa Ana company develops and markets software and hardware for business administration and data organization.
The shares were sold on the London Stock Exchange.
