The Boys and Girls Club of Placentia is getting help from a local toy and game manufacturer to raise money for club programs.
Orange-based Crazy Bones has donated $3,000 in toys to the club for fund-raising purposes.
Ruben Alvarez Jr., Boys and Girls Club executive director, said the club will work with local schools and the community to sell the toys. “We’ll raise some money, but we’ll raise some fun too,” Alvarez said.
Among fund-raising activities will be tournaments and door-to-door sales of the donated toys.
