BUENA PARK — Florida-based Gedco Inc. agreed to sell Wild Bill’s Dinner Theater in Buena Park, along with other similar venues, to On Stage Entertainment Inc., a Las Vegas-based theatrical production company.
On Stage said it agreed to pay $11.5 million in cash and $2.5 million in common stock for the operations. In addition to Wild Bill’s, the company plans to acquire King Henry’s Feast and Blazing Pianos in Orlando, Fla.; and the Fort Liberty shopping complex in Kissimmee, Fla.
On Stage said it expects to complete the acquisition in early 1998, subject to financing and other conditions. On Stage, which develops and produces live theatrical productions, reported sales of $11.7 million for the nine months ended Sept. 30.
