Judges, attorneys and police officials will be on hand in Thousand Oaks next week to teach eastern Ventura County residents about the law.
The panel discussion will include a question-and-answer period. Sponsored by the Ventura County Coordinated Courts, the discussion is designed to explain the justice system, said Presiding Judge Charles W. Campbell Jr, the program’s creator.
The forum will be held Thursday at 7 p.m. at the Civic Arts Plaza. It will also be televised live on cable public access, Channel 10. Viewers can call in their questions at 373-2564.
“The forum will provide the opportunity to know, first-hand, what to do and what to expect from the justice system and its participants,” Campbell said.
