Minntech Inks Johnson & Johnson’s Deal

IRVINE — Minntech Corp. and Johnson & Johnson’s Advanced Sterilization Products unit signed a development and licensing agreement that could win Minntech a $1.5-million licensing fee if it meets certain criteria.
Minntech said Advanced Sterilization will exclusively market an advanced endoscope reprocessing system that will be solely manufactured by Minntech.
Minntech manufactures medical devices.
Advanced Sterilization manufactures the Sterrad Sterilization System for medical and surgical instruments.
