Bomb Suspect Still in Area, Official Says

Credible signs exist to show bombing suspect Eric Robert Rudolph is still hiding out in the North Carolina mountains, a leader of an FBI task force said in Andrews, N.C. Terry Turchie said there are many reports of suspicious activities, including prowlers, barking dogs at unusual hours of the night and missing food, in the search area. About 200 searchers continue looking for Rudolph, 32. He has been a fugitive since the Jan. 29 bombing of a Birmingham, Ala., abortion clinic that killed an off-duty police officer and severely wounded a nurse.
