* Attorney Dennis P. Block, of Dennis P. Block & Associates, has been reelected president of the Apartment Assn. of the San Fernando Valley and Ventura County.
Joseph Cobert, a Valley attorney and rental property owner, was elected vice president.
The 1,500-member trade association is located in Van Nuys, and serves the San Fernando, Santa Clarita and Antelope valleys and Ventura County.
