The city’s Parks, Recreation and Community Services Agency recently received a two-year, $112,500 federal grant for the Santa Ana Zoo from the Institute of Museum and Library Services. The grant will be used to develop graphics and education guides, expand environmental and conservation programs, and provide staff training for zookeepers.
