A special Planning Commission meeting will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday in the Placentia-Yorba Linda Education Services Center board room to discuss the proposed expansion of the Yorba Linda Friends Church, at 5211 Lakeview Ave. Opponents have said the expansion would lead to traffic and parking problems.
