Prosoft Founder Leaves Company

SANTA ANA — Keith Freadhoff, founder and chief executive of Prosoft I-Net Solutions Inc., has resigned to lead a new learning venture.

Freadhoff’s duties will be assumed by President and Chief Operating Officer Jerrell M. Baird, Prosoft said Friday.

Prosoft provides Internet/intranet software training to individuals and corporations.
