Romaniuk’s Goal Key in Ice Dogs’ 6-4 Victory

Former Manitoba Moose winger Russ Romaniuk’s short-handed goal proved to be the difference as the Long Beach Ice Dogs defeated the Moose, 6-4, at Long Beach Arena.
Center Kevin Todd, assigned to the Ice Dogs on Monday by the Mighty Ducks, had a goal and added an assist. Andrei Vasilyev and Patrik Augusta also contributed one goal and one assist.
The Ice Dogs (25-14-6) are unbeaten at home in the last eight games (6-0-2) and remain in second place in the Southwest Division. The Moose (17-21-4) falls to fourth in the Midwest Division.
