Two administrators have been named to lead the city’s newest schools, Northwood High School and Canyon View Elementary School, when they open later this year and in 1999.
Tony Ferruzzo will be principal of Northwood High School, scheduled to open in the fall of 1999, the school board recently decided. Members also named Ron Fritsch as principal of Canyon View, scheduled to open this fall.
Ferruzzo has been principal of Lakeside Middle School in the Irvine Unified School District for the last five years. Previously, he was director of secondary education for Saddleback Valley Unified School District.
Fritsch, principal of Bonita Canyon Elementary School, has 10 years of administrative experience.
