What Are You Drinking

“It’s hard to think about wine when it’s this hot, but there’s a rose I love from the Cotes du Rhone, from a little village called Rasteau, made by a producer called Domaine des Girasoles. It’s Grenache and probably Cinsalt and who knows what else mixed in. But it’s just completely delicious. It’s perfect for this kind of weather--if you’re going to be drinking something other than mineral water or beer.”
