School sites, trails and parks dominate a list of Capital Improvement Project possibilities for 1999-2000 that will be prioritized tonight at the Parks and Recreation Commission meeting. Each commissioner has selected five priorities from a list of 10 possibilities. Recommendations will be passed on to the City Council to await its budget decision in late spring. The commission meets at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 27841 La Paz Road.
