The City Council this week unanimously voted to release a $25,000 bond for improvements to the Tennis Center. The bond will pay for resurfacing and re-striping all 12 courts, replacing all six wind screens, replacing all court nets, replacing pro shop doors and installing an alarm for the pro shop.
