The City Council unanimously approved the construction of a 10,712-square-foot building in Old Town, which will house Acorn Naturalists, a retail and mail order company that sells environmental educational materials. The Ranch House bar currently occupies a portion of the half-acre site, at 145-165 El Camino Real. The existing building will be demolished.
