* Mystery author luncheon: “The Mysterious World of Mystery Writers,” an author luncheon sponsored by Women of Orange County, will be held at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Four Seasons Hotel, 690 Newport Center Drive, Newport Beach. * The Ear: Submissions are being accepted for the Ear, a community journal produced each spring by the School of Humanities and Language at Irvine College.
