Hollywood has come to the harbor.
Warner Bros. Studios crews have converged upon Dana Point Harbor, where they are filming the feature film “The Perfect Storm” starring George Clooney, studio spokesman Rob Harris said. The movie is loosely based upon the Sebastian Junger book about a 1991 storm in which the fishing boat Andrea Gail sank in the Atlantic.
The crews will be filming several miles off the coast until Saturday and aren’t scheduled to do any shooting near land, he said.
