After-school intramural sports will be held at Lomarena, Valencia and San Joaquin elementary schools beginning Jan. 24. Boys’ roller hockey and girls’ basketball will be held two days a week for students in third through sixth grades until Feb. 24. Students will also compete in tournaments once skills are developed. Students can play from 2:45 to 4 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays at Lomarena Elementary School, from 2:45 to 4 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays at Valencia Elementary School, or from 2:15 to 3:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays at San Joaquin Elementary School.
