The City Council agreed that city and Chapman University officials should meet to resolve residents’ concerns about Chapman University students and personnel parking in residential areas instead of the university parking structure.
Some residents who live on Sycamore Avenue, Olive Street and Lemon Street have requested permit parking on their streets so they can park in front of their homes, which do not have driveways.
