The City Council approved the awarding of a design contract Tuesday to A&E; Consultants to prepare final plans for infrastructure improvements to Cerritos Avenue Industrial Park. The contract sum of $146,800 is for the property bounded by Cerritos Avenue, Beach Boulevard, Katella Avenue and Dale Avenue.
