“1996 Lang & Reed Cabernet Franc. It’s 100% Cabernet Franc and really cool. It’s a light style and absolutely delicious with food. It’s a red wine that’s not too serious, but not too light like a rose is. It’s made by a friend of mine, and has just been on the market a year or so. It’s great with grilled salmon with a nice cucumber relish, or a vegetable plate. And it has a cool label--it looks like a cartoon.”
