The city’s Planning Commission on Wednesday will consider a request to convert a former bank on La Palma Avenue into a retail complex. A West Hollywood-based firm wants to expand the former Bank of America building at 7855 La Palma Avenue to make room for six tenant spaces, including at least three fast food restaurants. The meeting begins at 7 p.m. at 6650 Beach Blvd.
