A public hearing is set before the City Council on Tuesday to determine whether a Center Drive property is a public nuisance. Conditions on the property include a wrecked automobile and an inoperable van in the front driveway. Stored in the front and side yards is an accumulation of used or discarded equipment, including an inoperable golf cart, air conditioning units, wheels and tires and storage boxes. The meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. in council chambers, 17855 Santiago Blvd. Information: (714) 998-1500.
