Ice Dogs Beat Solar Bears, 3-2

ORLANDO, Fla. — Dan Bylsma and Doug Ast scored second-period goals to give the Long Beach Ice Dogs a 3-2 victory over the Orlando Solar Bears Saturday night.
Bylsma’s goal, his ninth, broke a 1-1 tie for the Ice Dogs midway through the second period.
Terry Hollinger scored two goals for Orlando.
The Ice Dogs improved their record to 43-23-4 and remain in second place in the Western Conference’s Southwest Division.
