Wear alone or as a top coat, about $7 at Nordstrom and Fred Segal. (4) L’Oreal’s On the Loose Luminous Powder is sheer enough for everyday wear, about $9 at drugstores. (5) Prep for a big night with Bottled Energy glitter bath and shower gel, $5 at the Icing stores.
