The builders and the number and type of residential units they will construct are: SeaCountry Homes, 55 single-family homes; Standard Pacific Homes, 65 single-family homes; Warmington Homes, 86 single-family homes; Brookfield Homes, 227 single-family homes; Taylor Woodrow Homes, 97 single-family homes; William Lyon Homes, 103 single-family homes; Laing Homes, 118 single-family homes; and Shea Homes, 105 attached townhomes and 106 single-family homes.
Homes in Oak Knoll, the first of five villages to be built in the 275-acre community, will be priced from about $200,000 to more than $1 million. The new development, which opens this summer, is just east of Mission Viejo.
