Palomar 38, Fullerton 10: Palomar (8-2) had the game won in the first quarter with three touchdowns. Fullerton (3-7) scored on a 32-yard field goal by Jimmy Zurn and a one-yard touchdown run by Matt Gogan, but was unproductive after the first quarter.
Saddleback 37, Golden West 34 (OT): The Gauchos scored the last 17 points of regulation, then won on a three-yard touchdown run by Mark Tapley in overtime.
Golden West led, 31-14, after scoring on a 26-yard touchdown pass from J.D. Stern to Brandon White with 3:31 left in the third quarter. The Gauchos, however, answered with touchdowns on their next two possessions and then took advantage of a Rustler fumble as they tied the score, 31-31, with a 23-yard Matt Deter field goal with 23 seconds remaining in regulation.
