ECHO Announces 5-Year Alliance With InnoVentry

Electronic Clearing House Inc., Agoura Hills, announced a five-year strategic alliance agreement with InnoVentry, a company jointly owned by Wells Fargo and Co. and Cash America, to provide machines, credit card processing and customer service for all credit card transactions in InnoVentry’s casino business.
ECHO provides credit card processing, check guarantee, inventory tracking services and various Internet services to retail merchants nationwide.
InnoVentry, San Francisco, develops cash management machines for customers in entertainment venues, under the Atreva brand, and for customers in retail store environments under the Rapid Pay Machine brand.
