Gloria Matta Tuchman, schoolteacher and Republican candidate for the 46th Congressional District, will speak tonight at the first joint meeting of the Tustin and Santa Ana Republican Assemblies. Tuchman co-wrote Proposition 227, which ended bilingual education in California. The meeting will take place at 6 p.m. at the Azteca Grill, 2525 N. Grand Ave., Santa Ana.
