SAN ANDREAS--Celebrate California’s 150th birthday at Black Bart Days, Sept. 2. A parade at 10 a.m. is followed by vendors in Turner Park and old-fashioned games and entertainment in Black Bart Park. FORT BRAGG--This logging community will celebrate Paul Bunyan Days Sept. 2-4. MILLBRAE--The Art & Wine Festival Sept. 2-3 will feature more than 250 artists, food booths and a Family Fun Zone.
