Realty Licenses Revoked by DRE in Fourth Quarter

The Department of Real Estate is responsible for licensing the 300,000 real estate brokers and sales agents in California. The DRE also investigates consumer complaints against licensees and initiates disciplinary action when appropriate.
The most serious penalty is outright license revocation, a step the DRE took in 282 cases in fiscal year 1998-99.
The list below contains the names of agents, brokers and brokerages in Southern California whose licenses were revoked in the fourth quarter of 1999, according to DRE documents.
