Families Costa Mesa will hold street law seminars beginning today and running Tuesday evenings through April 4. The seminars will be from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in the multipurpose room of Whittier Elementary School, 1800 N. Whittier Ave., Costa Mesa. Tonight’s seminar will be on landlord and tenant rights.
