The City Council approved a contract with LPA Architects to design and prepare the specifications for a 47,750-square-foot City Hall at Marguerite Parkway and La Paz Road.
Irvine-based LPA, which designed the city’s library, submitted the only application, which prompted Councilman John Paul Ledesma to cast the sole vote against the contract.
