Koll Sells 2 Industrial Sites for $19 Million

Koll Development Co., a Newport Beach real estate developer, said Monday that it has completed the sale of two city of Industry industrial buildings to Sares-Regis Group for a total of $19 million.
The buildings, one at 160,000 square feet and the other at 300,000 square feet, will increase the portfolio of commercial properties owned by the Irvine commercial real estate services company to a total of $1.5 billion.
The buildings are in the Plantation Business Center, a 71-acre, 1.4 million-square-foot, master-planned industrial center.
