Tonight the Planning Commission will consider the next step in the approval process of a housing development for Village Alipaz.
The applicant, Village Alipaz LLC, is applying to have 13 acres of the 22-acre site subdivided into 104 residential lots.
Village Alipaz LLC is also applying for architectural control of the designs.
Potential issues include how the development will co-exist with several Capistrano Valley Water District water facilities and what the secondary access to the site will be, according to staff reports.
The Planning Commission meets at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 32400 Paseo Adelanto.
