Speak Up Newport’s meeting this month will feature a presentation by Citizens to Rebuild Our Schools, the group campaigning for the Newport-Mesa Unified School District’s proposed $110-million school bond.
The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Riverboat restaurant, 151 E. Coast Highway. Hors d’oeuvres will be served at 5:30 p.m. The public is invited to attend. Information: (949) 224-2266.
