The City Council will consider approval of a new ordinance prohibiting further development of Stanton Plaza at Beach Boulevard and Orangewood Avenue until the city has put together specific plans for the entire plaza. The city’s staff said they have been contacted by businesses in the plaza concerned about its “patchwork” look.
