Kaiser Marquardt Acquired by Florida-Based Firm

Kaiser Marquardt Inc.in Van Nuys, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kaiser Aerospace & Electronics, is being acquired by Primex Technologies Inc. for $22.5 million, subject to closing adjustments and clearance under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act.
Kaiser Marquardt produces bi-propellant rocket engines and related products and services.
Primex is a defense and aerospace company based in St. Petersburg, Fla.
